WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY




As a Manager within Corporate Treasury IT, you will lead a team of Quality Engineers and play a key role in shaping the quality assurance strategy for large-scale data and technology initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of test strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical excellence. You will work closely with stakeholders, business partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive innovation within the organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO



Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Engineers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities Define and implement quality assurance strategies, standards, and best practices for data warehouse, ETL, and application testing Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and automated test suites, ensuring comprehensive coverage and timely delivery Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to understand requirements and ensure quality objectives are met Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and adoption of new tools and technologies Monitor and report on quality metrics, test results, and team performance to senior leadership Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED



Must have:



Proven experience (8+ years) in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role Strong background in SQL, ETL, Data Warehouse, and large-scale data environments Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Robot Framework, BDD, Selenium, etc.) Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Experience managing teams, setting goals, and driving results Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

Nice to Have:



Experience with a variety of testing tools (SoapUI, Postman, JMeter, UFT, etc.) Exposure to cloud platforms and big data technologies (Hadoop, Data Lake, etc.) Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services Experience with Python or Java programming
