Purpose Of Role:

Manning Elliott is seeking a motivated and accomplished Manager for our Public Company Audit service line. In this role, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing team members, being a primary client contact and ensuring exceptional service is provided to our clients. You will play an important role in the development of your team.

Senior Manager/Partner

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes:

CPA designation with a minimum of three years post qualification experience in Public Practice. Significant audit and accounting experience working with Canadian Auditing Standards and IFRS. Experience with PCAOB auditing standards, audit of internal control over financial reporting and US GAAP is an asset. Strong experience building lasting relationships by providing exceptional service to clients. Committed to continuous learning and developing professionally. Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills. Demonstrated experience working in a coaching or mentoring capacity to other team members. High attention to detail and comfortable working within and meeting tight deadlines. Capable of managing multiple complex projects to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead team members in the execution of audit engagements. Develop strong relationships with clients. Effectively communicate with clients, team members and engagement leaders. Coach and provide effective supervision of engagement team members. Manage team resources to meet engagement/ project deadlines. Perform research on accounting and auditing matters. Participate in firm activities such as delivering training, recruiting, coaching and mentoring to team members. Actively support and participate in firm wide initiatives. Promote the firm's system of quality control. Participate in the firm's Team Development and Performance Management Program.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $128,000. Individual salaries within this range will be dependent upon skills, experience, and qualifications.
