Job Description


Overview:
The Manager, Provincial Sales SK will be responsible for driving net new business in Saskatchewan through various channels and providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to clients and customers. Employee is expected to meet and exceed personal sales objectives by pursuing telephone customers and developing a network of contacts through which prospective customers are obtained, thus leading to future sales. Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales through direct outreach via phone or in-person visits for new and repeat customers.
  • Actively manage your accounts and improve the growth sales
  • Organize and utilize the company CRM and report management as
  • Qualify new business prospects and build an active, high potential prospect list which will remain the property of the company at all times.
  • Solicit and forward (Sales Agreements) to the Sales Manager for approval and
  • Enforce the company policy of cash in advance and assist in the collection of legacy A/R.
  • Maintain a high level of service to existing customers; managing the customer relationship from contract execution through delivery to after sales service; and soliciting referrals from these customers, where possible.
  • Keep accurate reports with respect to sales and prospects as instructed from time to
  • Achieve quarterly sales quotas and the objectives of
  • Participate in corporate marketing activities, such as conferences, home and trade shows and open house events, as required.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Canadian cannabis market, cannabis strains, products and accessories
  • Direct selling experience in Saskatchewan cannabis market is
  • Ability to bring and leverage existing dispensary relationships in Saskatchewan market is preferred.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
  • Ability to make excellent sales to achieve performance in alignment with goals and
  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication
  • Motivated and creative team
  • Must have experience in over the phone sales and outbound
