The Manager, Property Marketing (MPM) is a member of Oxford\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Affairs Team, reporting to the Director of Global Property Marketing.

The MPM is a creative, clever and digitally savvy marketing professional who is passionate about driving strategy, encouraging innovation, and executing with excellence to enable business success. Known for an ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to support business priorities, the MPM has a strong understanding of marketing and communications best practices and is an exceptional project manager with a passion for creative design and branding. Curious and proactive, comfortable working for an evolving global organization, and possessing a proven track record of working with high performing teams, the MPM will play an integral role in leading marketing and communications programs across multiple regions and sectors while navigating regional nuance.

As a member of this team, you will:

Act as an Oxford brand leader to support the alignment of global objectives with local priorities

Lead strategic marketing projects that support the business needs of our global operating teams, with a high priority on leasing and development

Collaboratively partner with our broader Marketing and Communications Team on corporate projects

Successfully lead cross-functional projects through effective and professional stakeholder management

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of global property marketing standards and resources

Source and manage external agencies partners for sales proposals, event planning, video development and larger scale art and design projects

Identify, report, and clearly communicate key objectives and results for all projects

Maintain a deep understanding of marketing, communications, brand, and real estate best practices

Offer leadership and mentoring to a diverse group of marketers across the business

Experience

University degree in Marketing, Communications or Business is strongly preferred

Minimum 5 years of related work experience on a corporate marketing team with a strong integrated marketing background

A track record of \xe2\x80\x9cthinking outside the box\xe2\x80\x9d and looking at challenges through multiple lenses

Strong understanding of brand marketing and the creative design processes, along with experience copywriting for both design and communications and an eye for good design

Experience with project management software, Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management solutions

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are an asset

Superior analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations and synthesize relevant information to be shared with regional stakeholders

Digitally savvy, with a strong integrated marketing background and proven experience in both B2B and B2C marketing

Experience in development, the hospitality sector, investment banking, management consulting, commercial real estate or a similar sector is highly preferred.

Other:

Some travel required, both local and cross-border

Hybrid role with minimum 3 days in office
