Reporting to the Director, Promo & Process, this role is accountable to help develop and drive analytic reporting, data management and promotional planning supporting the Home and Entertainment (H&E) and Health and Beauty (HABA) divisions for all banners. This role provides the day-to-day analytical support for promotional planning by compiling, reviewing, and analyzing while considering competitive and industry data to make recommendations to support the overall business strategy. This role will also encompass supporting the promotional planning for flyers for both Home and Entertainment and Health and Beauty divisions.

Accountabilities:



Develop programs and plans in collaboration with HBA and H&E teams Manage flyer assets with TransCon, Marketing and Loblaw Agency Proofing flyers and follow up with Category Teams Responsible for creating offers in JDA Liaising with other banner leads to coordinate ad grids for HBA and H&E Manage all promotional reporting weekly supporting merchandising teams through keying integrity reports to promotional sales results leveraging multiple data platforms (SAP, JDA, Micro) Manage collective planning for flyer planning Create and coordinate post-mortems reviewing programs supporting leadership and merchandising teams providing insights and recommendations for future planning Manage and update total team information assets Partake in presenting program/project presentations to key executive stakeholders throughout the business Work cross functionally with other BU support teams (aligning inventory and mapping in stores).

What You'll Need:



Post-secondary education in Business or Economics or related field. Must be detail oriented and must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge and experience of data preparation and analysis Comfortability with data analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights is required Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to a room of senior executives Intermediate MS Office skills An innate sense of curiosity and willingness to learn Independent problem solving, critical thinking, and resourcefulness Knowledge of Loblaw systems, data sources, and metrics is an assets Category knowledge is a strong asset
