The Opportunity |
We're hiring our first
Manager, Programs
to own the day-to-day success of assigned academic programs across a number of exciting industries. You will be the connective tissue across instructional design, learner operations, faculty support, marketing handoffs, finance reporting, and our learning systems. Your work will ensure clean execution, stable processes, and an excellent learner experience.
This role is perfect for an experienced program advisor or coordinator from a university or polytechnic who loves building clear processes, keeping complex projects on track, and translating feedback into improvements. Candidates with exposure to higher education environments will find the scope familiar, with more autonomy and direct impact on decisions. Typical advisor scope in higher education includes advising and program support throughout the learner journey, coordinated communications, and accurate records and reporting.
Role Excellence | Learner and program operations
? Own program readiness and calendars for assigned offerings. Coordinate intake dates, schedules, section builds, faculty assignments, and key deadlines.
? Serve as the first escalation point for learner issues that frontline support cannot resolve. Track patterns and propose fixes.
? Maintain accurate learner records, rosters, and progress tracking. Support admissions and certificate completions as required.
Instructional delivery and quality
? Coordinate with instructional designers and contractors to ensure courses are built on time and to REDI delivery experience standards.
? Run spot checks and QA on course shells, assessments, and resources before launch.
? Collect and synthesize learner and instructor feedback into concrete improvements for the next program run. Iterative content and process refinement will be a core duty in the Manager, Programs role.
Systems and MarTech coordination
? Work with our MarTech and IT partners to keep the LMS, CRM, website, and payment flows stable for live and upcoming cohorts.
? Synthesize participant feedback or process issues, chase resolutions, and close the loop with stakeholders in a timely basis ensuring a smooth and frictionless delivery experience for both learners and instructors.
? Help define simple dashboards for enrollments, completion, and satisfaction so REDI leadership can self-serve the critical data, analytics and program insights. The Manager, Programs role will include light data and system support in addition to student / learner support as required.
Cross functional communication
? Prepare short weekly updates on capacity, risks, and wins for each program.
? Coordinate with marketing lead on program pages, key dates, and outbound messages to program cohorts and faculty / instructors.
? Support newsletter and announcement scheduling so learners receive the right message at the right time. Lead targeted student communication streams leading up to and during program delivery.
Finance and vendor coordination
? Assist with clean month end program summaries. Confirm instructor/coach hours, major vendor invoices, and known exceptions for approval by the Director of Academic Programs.
Role Success + Momentum | In 30 days
? Learn our programs, calendars, and tools.
? Take ownership of one live cohort and its weekly rhythm.
? Publish a simple status dashboard for your program and an issues list with accountabilities.
In 60 days
? Own 2-3 REDI programs.
? Close at least three recurring process gaps by documenting + training the team.
In 90 days
? Analyze and evaluate 1-2 program cycles with goal to reduce manual steps and connect data points from across full customer journey.
? Present a short, continuous improvement plan for the next term with projected impact.
What you bring |
? Experience in academic advising, program coordination, or program administration at a college, university, or large training provider. Typical advisor roles involve advising across admissions to graduation, accurate record keeping, and policy informed guidance.
? Strength in planning and follow through. You move complex work forward and communicate clearly. Project Management experience or accreditations (PMP / CAPM) is a bonus.
? Comfort with learning systems and data. You can navigate an LMS, a CRM, and a spreadsheet, and you know when to ask for technical help without spinning your wheels.
? Service mindset. You enjoy helping learners and faculty succeed, even when problems are messy.
? Clear writing and calm presence under pressure.
Nice to have
? Experience with LMS administration or course builds (D2L, Canvas, Articulate)
? Experience with curriculum mapping and program evaluation cycles
? Exposure to Go HighLevel or similar CRM
? Basic reporting skills in Google Sheets or Excel
Key Outcomes and Measurement |
