The team you\'ll be part of

Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia\xe2\x80\x99s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.

What you will learn and contribute to

We are recruiting a People Manager for the SCD PP Care team for PaCo products in Ottawa Canada.

The main areas of responsibility include:

  • Leading the SCD PP Care PaCo team in Canada for delivery of SW Care Maintenance and projects for PaCo products globally (with focus in NAM/LAT)
  • Escalation management for critical care & project issues
  • Fulfil the Care contracts SLA including the Critical incidents
  • Responsible to meet business/team objectives for CN SCD PP Care and accountable for Efficiency and Quality achievement
  • Technical Lead for the engineers/team under his/her responsibility
  • Responsible for CoDe of his/her team.
  • Strong relationships with CN PaCo R&Ds/ CN SCD PP Services/CN SCD PP ML teams and Customers.
  • Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)
Your skills and experience

You have:
  • Customer orientation and stress tolerance.
  • Ability to work/communicate well with a variety of organizations and cultures. Communicate effectively through various interfaces (technical and non-technical) is an absolute requirement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required. Team interaction is critical.
  • Adaptable/versatile in performing a variety of functions.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, aggressive and hard-working
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Have a Master of Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in PaCo products will be definitely a plus
