On StackAdapt's Product team, you will be building products that help our customers thrive. There is no "standard" day on StackAdapt's Product Management team - every day will have its own set of interesting challenges.

As Manager, Product Management - you'll be reporting to the Director of Product and will have an enormous opportunity to lead a talented team of product managers and make an impact across your product portfolio. As their leader, you'll empower your team to design, build, and launch solutions that delight our users. You'll work collaboratively with the Product Managers and the rest of the product team to define product strategies and KPIs, oversee roadmapping, and work with engineering and design partners through execution. You've been a Product Manager in the past, and you're able to bring your strong experience shipping complex digital products into your leadership role.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in the GTA for this position.

What you'll be doing:

• Research, understand, and validate user needs and market opportunities and work with your product managers to translate them into product requirements
• Evaluate product ideas, and solutions from Product Managers and ensure alignment with company strategy and product goals
• Work with other leaders across engineering, marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment and an agile product development process
• Mentor and empower other Product Managers to deliver world-class products under your portfolio
• Help operate and iterate the product team's process of discovering, validating, designing, and developing features
• Become an expert in ad-tech and programmatic media buying, understanding the competitive landscape, the evolving market needs, and how those things relate to StackAdapt's mission and vision

What you'll bring to the table:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech company and at least 2+ years as a manager; where you've shipped large, complex software products before (and can speak to their successes)
• Significant experience in a leadership capacity, overseeing and guiding a team of Product Managers
• A Computer Science or Engineering background - ensuring that you can intelligently communicate with all stakeholders about technical tradeoffs and product details
• Your communication is crisp, clear, and effective whether written or verbal - and you always know your audience and have strong diplomacy skills that encourage cross-team collaboration
• An in-depth understanding of Lean, Agile, and Product Management best practices
• An in-depth understanding of design thinking, inclusive design, and usability heuristics
• You prioritize projects with reason, clarity, and purpose - ensuring alignment across the stakeholders you're involving and the KPIs you're measuring
