Manage daily bread and pastry production
Weekly production planning of retail and wholesale production
Supervise and support staff including Customer Service and Baking Staff
Track inventory and order supplies
Correspond promptly with customers and suppliers
Monitor sales and labour costs, and assist owners with long-term personnel planning
Maintain and improve product consistency with a high level of quality control
Uphold cleaning procedures and ensure good food handling practices
Supervise and train staff, setting expectations, sharing and receiving feedback
Communicate openly with ownership, sharing concerns as they arise
Strive to maintain a positive work environment and culture
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
