Position Summary:

DoctorCare is looking for a Manager, Physician Group Initiatives, to join its industry leading Client Success team and help provide exceptional guidance and support, as well as positive experiences for our growing customer base.

You need to excel at engaging with clients, have strong attention to detail, while balancing multiple meetings and priorities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of DoctorCare’s Practice Care Group Management consulting services
  • Lead physician group meetings: develop agenda, prepare presentation, facilitate discussions and document minutes
  • Develop, provide guidance and amend Governance Agreements for group customers
  • Liaise with the Ministry of Health to support customer transitions into and within patient enrolment models
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to smoothly onboard new group customers
  • Use your keen attention to detail to help customers complete government paperwork and custom reporting accurately and on-time
  • Leverage your great customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with customers and respond to inbound inquiries through our customer support channels
  • Provide expertise and support to our group customers around patient enrolment models and funding for family physicians in Ontario
  • Stay up to date on Ministry of Health policies and enable customers to navigate and understand impacts and changes
  • Help DoctorCare continue to innovate our service offering by listening to customer needs and by making thoughtful suggestions to the team
  • Look for ways to streamline our service delivery by always thinking “Is there a better way?”
  • Monitor KPIs and customer satisfaction feedback across all services

Requirement:

  • Knowledge of Ontario's health system, particularly Family Physician patient enrolment and funding models, is considered an asset
  • Experience in healthcare consulting, public health and/or supporting physician customers is considered an asset
  • Experience with account management and customer service is beneficial
  • Experience with any of the following tools is also beneficial: Microsoft Excel, Salesforce
  • Resourceful: Able to learn independently and use new knowledge to solve problems
  • Honest: Able to acknowledge mistakes and always does one’s best to operate with the highest degree of integrity
  • Humble: Able to remove ego from discussion to identify the best solution to a problem. Able to honestly reflect on one’s own weakness and look for ways to improve
  • Smart: Able to quickly apply new knowledge to foreign situations
