It will be your responsibility to design, administration and oversight of the Company\'s employee and retiree benefit and wellness programs, as well as the pension and group retirement savings plans. This role reports to the Director, Total Rewards and will lead a team of three employees and takes a strategic approach, working in partnership with senior management and HR teams to provide leadership and create value for the company and employees, both domestically and internationally.This position ensures compliance with legislation and policies, acts as a resource on benefit and pension administration, is a liaison between service providers and business units, manages provider relationships, and prepares materials for board committees.What You Get To Do:
