The Role

As Manager, Pension Administration, you will oversee a team delivering efficient pension benefit services for Mobius' clients. You'll ensure service quality, compliance, and drive improvements so members get prompt, accurate support. This role suits a people-oriented leader who can optimize processes and promote innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Pension Administration team to maintain a positive, effective workplace. Oversee daily pension benefit administration for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Prepare reports and updates for leadership, clients, and committees. Support budgeting and monitor expenditures. Assess workflows and recommend process improvements. Ensure clear, member-centric communications and educational materials. Build relationships with members, employers, service providers, and stakeholders. Oversee policy development and legal compliance.
