Lead a team of HCM Consultants across multiple locations in Canada, providing coaching, development, and support to help associates grow and succeed.
Communicates strategic goals; sets and communicates team goals. Continuously reviews team performance; identifies and appropriately addresses opportunities for improvement.
Ensure efficient and effective delivery of service by overseeing daily operations, managing coverage, and controlling workflows to meet business objectives in productivity and quality.
Drive accountability for client satisfaction, quality, and retention results across the partner portfolio.
Establish and optimize service models to support new and evolving partnerships.
Act as the primary point of contact for client or partner escalations, ensuring timely resolution and reinforcing trust.
Work closely with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver a seamless client experience and strengthen long-term relationships.
Oversee all functional responsibilities performed by service teams, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Provide insights and reporting to leadership, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
Experience in data collection, root cause analysis and reporting related to client interactions, channels, client surveys, and productivity.
Experience in evaluating and monitoring client and channel service interactions in the field of payroll or any closely related industry.
Ability to think strategically and provide recommendations for long term team growth and development.
General knowledge of payroll and/or HCM, marketing, sales or related field processes.
Minimum of 5 years of experience of demonstrable experience in leading a high performing division.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with a proven background in client service.
Ability to demonstrate a tremendous level of initiative.
Ability to maintain the highest levels of client confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Solid problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership skills; must be able to work with little supervision, is a self-starter.
Outstanding presentation skills and experience presenting to Senior Leaders and Executives.
Ability to think tactically and strategically, identify significant success factors and execute actionable solutions at the highest levels.
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education experience.
Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP's headquarters and international sites.

Le ou la

Diriger une equipe de conseillers en gestion du capital humain (GCH) en poste dans les divers bureaux d'ADP au Canada, en offrant du coaching, du perfectionnement et du soutien pour aider ces associe(e)s a s'epanouir professionnellement et a reussir.

POUR REUSSIR DANS CE ROLE : Exigences
Experience de la collecte de donnees, de l'analyse des causes fondamentales et de la production de rapports lies aux interactions avec les clients, aux canaux, aux sondages aupres des clients et a la productivite.
Experience de l'evaluation et du suivi des interactions avec les clients et les services de distribution dans le domaine de la paie ou dans tout secteur etroitement lie.
Capacite de penser strategiquement et de formuler des recommandations pour la croissance et le perfectionnement a long terme d'une equipe.
Connaissance generale de la paie et/ou de la gestion du capital humain (GCH), du marketing, des ventes ou des processus de terrain connexes.
Au moins 5 ans d'experience demontree de la direction d'une division tres performante.
Au moins deux ans d'experience et une experience eprouvee du service a la clientele.
Capacite de faire preuve d'un niveau d'initiative exceptionnel.
Capacite a maintenir le plus haut niveau de confidentialite des clients.
Excellentes competences de communication.
Excellentes qualites interpersonnelles et capacite a etablir des relations.
Solides competences en resolution de problemes.
Excellentes competences de leadership; capacite a travailler avec peu de supervision, esprit d'initiative.

Baccalaureat dans un etablissement d'enseignement superieur ou universitaire offrant un programme sur quatre ans, ou une a deux annees d'experience et/ou de formation connexe, ou une combinaison equivalente d'experiences scolaires.
Candidats au Quebec : bien que le francais soit obligatoire pour les postes au Quebec, l'utilisation de l'anglais est egalement requise en raison de la nature mondiale de l'entreprise et du besoin d'interaction avec le siege social et les sites internationaux d'ADP.
