Job Description

The successful candidate will support the Digital Marketing Manager with managing Digital product listing, monitoring and product content syndication across LG's retailer partners.
OTHER AREAS OF SCOPE:

  • Digital Co-marketing activations with partner retailers across LG's business units.
  • AODA and SEO implementation and management across all LG Canada web properties.
  • Amazon Brand store management.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Team and Brand Managers and OSM agency to manage product listing updates with LGs retailer partners in line with LG Global requirements.
  • Lead strategy to and process development for LGECI OSM (Online Store Management) objectives.
  • Measure and report performance of brands competitiveness and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) set for channel partner and online store monitoring.
  • Lead AODA implementation and management across all LG Canada web properties
  • Liaise and manage Amazon brand store partnership.
  • Lead LG Canada's SEO strategy and execution.
  • Liaise with SEO agency of record to build & implement brand level and product category level SEO across LG Canada's web properties.
  • Lead and manage content syndication solutions for online reviews, product detail pages
  • and channel partner Geo locator on LG.com (Where to Buy).
  • Support brand teams and Corp. Digital marketing team with Ad-Hoc Digital co-marketing activations.
  • Work with our key partners & retailers on co-op digital marketing efforts helping LG grow share of voice online.
  • Support creation and updating of Digital resources on OSM, SEO, AODA for internal teams.
  • Support the creation of compelling presentations to share digital plans and results with Senior Management.
  • Establish, plan and manage projects from start to finish including budget, processes, resources and timelines.
  • Assist in monitoring budget spend within allocation and ensure timely submission of invoices.
  • Continuously explore innovative approaches to execute and optimize in a resource challenged environment.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to monitor and analyze LG.com web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • 3+ years relevant work experience within digital at a manufacturer, retailer, advertising, marketing or interactive firm.
  • Digital Co-Marketing experience with big box and specialty retailers is a plus.
  • Digital Product listing management experience with e-Retailers like Amazon, BestBuy is ideal.
  • College or University Degree in Marketing or Digital
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, project management, comfortable in a fast changing environment, strong communication skills in written and presentations, detail oriented, Comfortable working
  • Comfortable with extensive use of Microsoft Excel and or project management tools.
  • Expertise and proven track record of defining digital strategies and implementing them to drive business goals
  • Advanced understanding of SEO implementation.
  • Working knowledge of SEM
  • Working knowledge of GA 360
  • Understanding WCAG 2.0 and WCAG 2.1 (AODA)
  • Demonstrate a consistent ability to contribute in areas of conceptual and practical business management as well as technical solutions for business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to present to and work with senior leadership
  • Expertise in information architecture, user experience, design, development and implementation of Canadian digital channels, ensuring superior customer experience across all channels.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
