We are looking for a Manager, Onboarding & Transitions to lead the seamless onboarding of new advisory firms, ensuring each one is set up for long-term success. This is a pivotal role at the frontlines of our advisor experience and an opportunity to shape the future of wealth management in Canada.



What You'll Do?

As the Manager of Onboarding & Transitions, you will be the main point of contact during the critical early stages of an advisor's journey with us. You'll:

Lead and execute end-to-end onboarding of new firms joining Advisor Solutions by Purpose. Own the project plan: collaborating with internal teams, custodians, and partners to deliver a smooth and timely transition. Be present and fully engaged during go-live milestones, ensuring advisors feel supported and confident. Process a range of financial and non-financial transactions accurately and within SLAs, including: Fee setups, internal transfers, account openings, and client data updates. External and internal transfer tracking and follow-ups. Conduct thorough documentation reviews for completeness and accuracy before processing or escalation. Monitor performance metrics and deliver on operational OKRs. Champion continuous improvement, refining processes, and implementing best practices. Collaborate across departments to proactively solve client issues and deliver exceptional advisor experiences. Triage and resolve questions related to funding, withdrawals, and money movement. Contribute to ad hoc initiatives and projects that improve onboarding and operational outcomes.

We're looking for someone who brings:



5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in operations, onboarding, or advisor support roles. A client-centric mindset and exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). Strong analytical skills and a solutions-oriented approach. High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A collaborative nature, you're a true team player who works well across functions. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and poise.

Nice to Have

Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) Experience in wealth management or advisor operations Familiarity with middle and back-office systems Bilingualism in English and French.
