(Triton) is seeking an experienced sales leader to join our highly skilled and successful Business Development team who will support the expansion of our brand into new markets and geographies, while maintaining our strong reputation within industry and our well1established corporate culture.THE OPPORTUNITYTriton is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Manager of Sales to join the well1established and experienced Business Development team. Reporting to the Executive Management team, this position can be located in any of our currently established locations in Canada, including Vancouver, Kamloops, Vernon, Terrace, Prince George, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Guelph, or Halifax.The objectives of this role are to optimize and scale our sales strategy to align with company objectives, using a data-driven and analytical approach based on comprehensive market research. The Manager of Sales will expand on our existing culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the Business Development team. They will leverage their unique market insights and research1backed initiatives to provide strategic guidance for entering new markets and increasing our market share within existing markets. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop the corporate sales strategy to meet the company revenue goals, using a data-driven approach.
  • Set and manage key performance indicators for the sales team, leveraging CRM.
  • Lead the sales team in achieving short1 and long1term revenue targets by harnessing data analytics to identify sales trends and opportunities across Canada.
  • Utilize CRM software, advanced sales techniques, and insights from the Canadian environmental consulting market to make informed strategic decisions and develop targeted regional sales strategies that will support the corporate revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that current successes are leveraged and that the sales strategies are aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting on the sales performance to the Executive Team and Board of Directors, including comprehensive data analysis and actionable insights.
  • Mentor sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability, based on proven performance metrics and experience.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Growth1oriented with a proven track record of increasing sales within the environmental consulting industry in Canada, showcasing the ability to optimize sales through market research and strategic planning
  • Collaborative approach to problem1solving and bringing out the best in a team
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets through effective sales strategies and ongoing mentorship to a team of sales professionals
  • Experience with CRM software, sales enablement tools, and advanced data analytic platforms
  • Leadership and communication skills with a strong emphasis on data1driven decision1making
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify sales trends and new opportunities in the environmental consulting industry
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast1paced, dynamic environment, with a strategic and driven approach to problem solving

The salary range for this role is expected to be $135,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience.
