---------Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Hire, train, direct and motivate staff Plan and organize daily operations Recommend operational changes to ensure that production quotas and procedures are met Evaluate efficiency of production sites to determine adequacy of personnel, equipment and technologies used Determine adequacy of personnel, equipment and technologies used for operations Establish work schedules Confer with other managers to set production quotas and to plan extraction sites Ensure adherence to safety regulations Prepare production reports Plan and manage budgets Supervisory Experience
