We are looking for a Manager of Continuous Improvement to lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational excellence and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role will focus on developing lean business systems, implementing problem-solving methodologies, and ensuring competency development at all levels of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with expertise in lean methodologies, project management, and employee development, dedicated to fostering a high-performance work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Manager of Continuous Improvement you will:
• Develop and implement an effective business system to achieve our key business metrics through serving the customer, raising competencies within Crestline and establishing a lean culture.
• Lead initiatives to embed a continuous improvement mindset throughout the company.
• Develop and refine lean processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support operational excellence.
Deploy project management methodologies to ensure the successful implementation of product launches, process improvements, and other strategic initiatives.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth.
Design and deliver training programs to build continuous improvement capabilities across the organization.
Mentor and support organizational team members in their professional growth.

QUALIFICATIONS
As the Manager of Continuous Improvement you will bring:
Essential:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of management experience, with progressive growth in accountabilities.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in deploying and sustaining a lean culture.
• Strong expertise in problem-solving tools and methodologies.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (certifications are a plus).
• Experience and knowledge of ISO 9001 (preferred).
• Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor teams.
