The Role
The Manager of Clinical Services at Niagara Children's Centre provides leadership and direction to service delivery personnel to ensure assigned programs and support services are delivered in a timely, effective and professional manner within the approved budget. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the Manager of Clinical Services is a member of the Clinical Leadership Team and provides oversight to one of the portfolio's structured within the Clinical Services Division. Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's level and current registration in one of the following regulated professions: Social Work, Speech and Language Pathology, Behaviour or Occupational Therapy
Management/ leadership education is an asset (MBA, MHA, MPA, Certificate Programs)
Minimum three (3) years current, relevant clinical experience.
Minimum three (3) years progressively responsible leadership, management and/or supervisory experience.
Experience mentoring/ supervising new graduates and staff.
Strong experience with program planning, documentation and evaluation.
Successful experience of community development and facilitating interagency partnerships.
Commitment to family-centered care and strong customer service.
Excellent communication (oral and written including public speaking).
Bilingualism is an asset.
