Are you a marketing operations professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and strategy? We are looking for a dynamic individual to optimize our marketing platforms, drive automation, analyze workflows, and implement continuous improvements across our digital marketing operations. Reporting to Principal Creative & Marketing Operations this role supports strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance across our marketing ecosystem.
What You Will Do:
Platform Optimization & Automation Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Qvidian, Smartsheet and other systems.
Implement automation opportunities across campaign workflows, reporting, and content delivery using tools like Power Automate, Power BI, Salesforce reporting
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to enhance platforms and troubleshoot issues.
Analyze current marketing operations workflows to identify inefficiencies.
Implement process improvements using Lean or Agile principles.
Maintain SOPs and documentation for marketing systems and processes.
Management Reporting
Sales Provide targeted sales reports with insights to drive sales productivity and alignment.
Provide leadership with comprehensive reports that include key sales metrics and forecasting insights to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
Support sales leads in development of quarterly institutional sales board reports to be delivered to affiliates
Marketing Dashboard Reporting: Build and maintain real-time marketing dashboards with key KPIs.
Campaign & Content Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics like conversion, engagement, and ROI.
Market Insights: Report on audience behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity to guide strategy. AI Integration & Digital Platform Optimization Pilot and integrate AI tools to enhance content generation, personalization, and campaign performance.
Support and evolve digital platforms--websites, portals, and internal tools--ensuring alignment with brand, UX, and compliance standards.
Marketing Operations Support Manage marketing projects from intake to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IS, and external partners, to align timelines and support initiatives.
Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage subscriptions relating to business intelligence and information databases
What You Bring
8+ years of experience in marketing technology and operations, digital marketing, or martech roles.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Qvidian, PowerBI, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365.
Experience with automation tools and AI platforms (Copilot, ChatGPT and Power Automate).
Experience in asset management/investment industry is an asset.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Familiarity with compliance and data governance in marketing contexts.
