As the Manager, Marketing Operations & Performance at Caseware, you'll manage our global marketing automation solution and technology stack. Your work will help ensure that the tools and systems used by the global Marketing team run smoothly and contribute to efficient, data-driven marketing operations.
Your priorities include maintaining database health, executing email and nurture programs, processing and accelerating leads, supporting campaign setup and tracking, and contributing to marketing reporting and KPI monitoring. You'll also implement new tools and processes, ensure proper documentation and training materials are in place, and monitor existing systems to identify and resolve issues. Your focus will be on enabling modern marketing at scale by helping activate, integrate, and optimize technology, workflows, and best practices across the team.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to balance multiple priorities and collaborate with global teams to drive operational excellence.

What you will be doing:

  • Database Management, Enrichment and Engagement
  • Build, execute, and maintain a database enrichment program to clean, organize, segment and optimize our Marketing automation platforms, HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Build and manage global email nurture programs; build/execute emails to support campaigns and product communications.
  • Serve as the primary global administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supporting regional and international teams.
  • Work with other operation teams to manage system workflows, address errors and introduce new process to improve operational efficiency for marketing data
  • Manage lead import process and workflow management for efficient distribution to commercial teams
  • Identify gaps in processes, workflows, technologies, data and provide strategic recommendations/facilitation for remediation
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Develop and maintain reports to measure all funnel KPIs in the Marketing Operations charter, including but not limited to database growth and health; campaign KPIs, email performance, marketing revenue targets.
  • Provide templates and dashboards that enable regional teams to meet reporting requirements
  • Create and manage dashboards and templates to serve marketing performance insights to the global marketing team and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on performance and own overall marketing reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Marketing Technology Management
  • Document and develop training material, processes, updates, and best practices to enable team adoption and maximize tool usage.
  • Manage the resource gathering, technology identification, vetting and build of MarTech systems needed to meet departmental goals.
  • Implement and manage a process to monitor system access, adoption, errors and performance; roadmap optimization milestones.
  • Workflows, Processes and Optimization
  • Streamline lead management workflows to ensure smooth data flow between marketing campaigns and Salesforce.
  • Facilitate accurateutilization of Salesforce Advanced Cloud, including but not limited to forms, templates, audits, imports, integrations, workflows, field mapping and creation, campaigns and data.
  • Leverage workflows and segmentation to promote efficient, targeted and personalized campaigns and marketing programs.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing or data science program
  • 5+ years' experience in Marketing Operations/automation/performance reporting or related field
  • Experience in leading technology implementation projects with large teams
  • A strategic mindset with the capability to scale processes, workflows and business needs while maintaining standardization and a clean thoughtful approach to supporting marketing
  • 5+ years' experience as global administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, managing integrations and workflows.
  • Experience working with HubSpot is a plus, but not required
  • Experience working with 3rd party BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to consolidate data, build reports and dashboard will be an asset
  • Experience in leading projects that entail journey mapping, lead flow/scoring and nurture programs
  • Deep analytical mindset and experience with the ability to integrate and analyze data across various data sources
