Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you'll help craft compelling campaigns, lead social purpose initiatives, and ensure our messaging resonates across all channels.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Manager, Marketing and CommunicationsYour day starts with a creative brainstorming session with our PR agency - together, you strategize ways to amplify our brand exposure through earned media. You review recent public relations outcomes, ensuring our messaging at FIRST ONSITE is hitting the mark. Next, you collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen our internal communication program, making sure team members across Canada stay informed. You then dive into enhancing our digital presence, troubleshooting website updates, refining online business listings, and spotting opportunities for brand growth. In the afternoon, you pivot to social purpose initiatives, developing programs that inspire team engagement. You then shift gears to support marketing needs for acquisitions and corporate growth, writing compelling communications and managing key projects. As the day winds down, you tackle incoming marketing requests from various departments ensuring our messaging aligns with business goals.QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years of experience in communications and marketing, with a strong track record of driving brand awareness and engagement.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling corporate communications, PR content, and marketing materials.
  • Experience managing public relations programs, including media outreach, earned media strategies, and internal/external communications.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns, supporting business growth and brand recognition.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple initiatives, collaborate across teams, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, facility management, construction, or insurance is an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French is a plus, particularly for supporting Quebec and New Brunswick marketing initiatives.
