Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Ensure maximum efficient operations of facilities and equipment, as well as the care of all grounds and support equipment, through the direction of technical support staff and outside technical and non-technical support services. Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibility

Direct the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventative maintenance programs. Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions. Prepare and manage facility maintenance budget. Forecast future plant requirements to support projected production demands. Lead, mentor and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and other support staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to ensure skill development

Academic/Educational Requirements

Completion of university degree or college program in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years managerial experience.

Required Skills/Experience

Strong knowledge of machinery, equipment, and manufacturing processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in maintenance management software and tools. Solid understanding of safety regulations and practices Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Capable of working under pressure and handling emergency situations.
