Key Responsibilities
Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
Manage schedules, payroll inputs, and staff performance evaluations.
Track sales, control costs, and support budgeting and revenue targets.
Implement marketing or promotional activities when required.
