Restaurant Manager -



A Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences, smooth service delivery, and efficient team performance. This role is responsible for staff management, customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational and financial standards.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards. Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience. Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination. Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance. Manage schedules, payroll inputs, and staff performance evaluations. Track sales, control costs, and support budgeting and revenue targets. Implement marketing or promotional activities when required.

Skills & Qualifications



Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience in restaurant or hospitality management (preferred). Basic knowledge of POS, inventory, and scheduling systems.
