Role Summary



We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Manager of Live Selling & Growth to take ownership of our TikTok Live and emerging live commerce channels. This role is not just about running the show, it's about building, scaling, and driving a program that delivers consistent sales growth, energizes our community, and sets a new industry standard for live shopping.

The right candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who can build teams, create innovative selling experiences, and deliver measurable results. This is a leadership role that requires accountability, creativity, and a relentless focus on growth

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruiting and Building Teams



Source, recruit, and onboard top-tier live sellers, hosts, and support staff. Build and nurture a high-performance team culture rooted in accountability, creativity, and customer engagement. Implement performance standards and ongoing evaluations to ensure every team member drives measurable results.

2. Managing Schedules



Own the live selling calendar, ensuring consistent and strategically timed programming that maximizes exposure and sales. Balance team schedules with peak audience times, ensuring uninterrupted coverage and seamless execution. Anticipate conflicts and proactively problem-solve to keep operations running smoothly.

3. Driving Sales Growth Through Innovative Programming



Develop and execute compelling live selling strategies, campaigns, and themed events. Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to integrate promotions, launches, and brand storytelling. Continuously experiment with new formats, hooks, and engagement techniques to push boundaries and stay ahead of competitors.

4. Training Team on Selling



Create structured training programs covering product knowledge, persuasive selling techniques, and on-camera excellence. Mentor hosts and sellers to improve energy, engagement, and conversion performance. Stay up to date on live selling trends and best practices, translating insights into team training and execution.

5. Using Analytics to Drive Meaningful Growth and Change



Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue per live, average order value, and viewer engagement. Use data insights to recommend actionable improvements and refine strategies for growth. Present regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Additional Responsibilities



6. Process Optimization & Program Management



Establish clear SOPs to streamline live selling operations. Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize ROI.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration



Partner with marketing, creative, logistics, and operations to align live selling efforts with broader business goals. Ensure tight coordination with inventory and fulfillment teams to prevent stock issues and deliver excellent customer experiences.

8. Community Engagement



Build loyalty and repeat viewership through interactive, customer-first experiences. Develop initiatives that drive community building, long-term retention, and advocacy.

9. Accountability & Leadership



Take full ownership of the live selling program, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded. Lead with initiative, responsibility, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Go above and beyond to set the standard for excellence in live commerce execution.

Qualifications



3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce, live selling, or digital sales leadership. Proven success in driving sales and managing revenue-focused teams. Strong leadership, training, and people management skills. Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting abilities. Deep understanding of TikTok, social media commerce, and emerging live shopping trends. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
