Summary





We are looking for a creative, innovative, organized, and dynamic TikTok Live Selling Sales Associate to join our team. The TikTok Live Selling Sales Associate will be responsible for hosting engaging and interactive live selling sessions on TikTok to promote and sell our art products in real time. This role combines sales expertise, creativity, and social media skills to drive product visibility, boost sales, and build brand loyalty. The ideal candidate must be charismatic, knowledgeable about TikTok, and skilled at connecting with audiences.

Responsibilities




Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Promote and sell our minimalist art pieces effectively to maximize sales. Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, showcasing products attractively. Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers. Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed promptly. Execute engaging and high-conversion live selling sessions on TikTok. Showcase products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits Provide real-time product demonstrations and answer customer questions. Utilize TikTok's live features (e.g., polls, Q&A, effects) to enhance engagement. Drive sales through compelling calls to action and limited-time offers. Manage inventory and ensure accurate product information during live sessions. Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and best practices. Interact with viewers in real time, fostering a sense of community and building relationships. Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally. Encourage viewer participation and interaction. Adjust live sales strategies based on performance data and feedback. Represent the company and its brand values positively and professionally. Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all TikTok content. Build brand awareness and loyalty through engaging live interactions. Maintain a positive and energetic on-screen presence. Handle customer service issues that arise during live sales events. Direct customers to the proper channels for post-sale support.




Requirements




Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a preference for roles conducted in either live (in-person) or online environments. Strong understanding of the TikTok platform and its features. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and entertain an online audience. Comfortable being on camera and speaking to a live audience. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes. Experience with social media live streaming platforms. A strong understanding of current social media trends.




Preferred Skills




Retail Sales experience in settings such as Clothing stores, Shoe stores, Jewelry stores Bartending experience Upselling and Versatility
