The Manager, Learning Centre is a leadership role responsible for managing and enhancing the operations of our state-of-the-art Learning Centre--a cornerstone of our organizational learning strategy and employee value proposition. Working closely with the Vice President, Learning & Organizational Development (VP, L&OD), the Manager ensures the Centre delivers a seamless learner experience, operates at the highest standard, and serves as a hub for employee growth, collaboration and innovation.
It serves as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders to plan, allocate and optimize space for effective learning experiences as well as play an active part in building and sustaining external partnerships, revenue-generating opportunities, and branding initiatives that increase the Centre's visibility and impact.
