The Manager, LCBO Gateway manages the daily operations and functionality of the LCBO Vendor Portal within the Inventory sub-division of the Supply Chain & Wholesale division. Reporting to the Senior Manager, LCBO Gateway, you will oversee a team of support representatives, ensuring seamless vendor interactions, optimizing portal operations, and supporting the implementation of digital transformation programs. You will help enhance vendor relationships, refine inventory management processes, and contribute to the LCBO's supply chain operations.

About the Role
Portal Operations Management (35%)Oversee daily operations of the LCBO Gateway, ensuring its smooth functioning and reliability
Monitor gateway performance, identify issues, and coordinate with IT for resolution
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for gateway usage and vendor interactions
Analyze gateway usage data and vendor feedback to identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with IT and other departments to implement portal enhancements and upgrades
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the gateway
Develop and maintain user guides and documentation for portal functionalities
Vendor Support and Relationship Management (20%)
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated vendor issues and concerns
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors
Coordinate and conduct vendor training sessions on portal usage and new features
Collaborate with the Senior Manager to address complex vendor needs and strategic partnerships
Analyze vendor feedback and usage patterns to recommend portal improvements
Ensure effective resolution of vendor queries and issues
Reporting and Analytics (10%)
Produce regular reports on portal performance, vendor engagement, and team productivity
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the Senior Manager
Prepare presentations and updates for partners on portal operations and improvements
Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation discussions
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes and new features
Team Leadership and Development (25%)
Provide guidance, and mentorship to a team of support representatives
Set clear goals for team members, aligning with departmental objectives
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Identify skill gaps within the team and recommend training programs
Manage workload distribution and prioritization among team members
Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, issues, and improvement programs
About You
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, vendor relations, or e-commerce platforms
3+ years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role
7+ years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on vendor portals or e-commerce platforms
Experience working in the alcohol beverage industry or government organizations
Experience managing workload distribution and performance evaluations
Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms or vendor portals
Understanding of supply chain technologies and processes
