NAIT is looking for a dynamic and visionary Manager, International Student Recruitment to lead a highly collaborative team in advancing our internationalization strategy. You will be at the forefront of developing and executing data-informed international recruitment strategies, cultivating global partnerships, and ensuring the growth and diversity of our student body from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:




Develop and implement country- and region-specific recruitment plans to meet international enrolment targets while aligning with NAIT's strategic goals. Lead a team of Regional Recruitment Managers and in-country representatives, ensuring high performance, professional development, and alignment with recruitment objectives. Oversee planning and participation in international events, travel schedules, and promotional initiatives to increase NAIT's visibility and student yield. Manage relationships with authorized agents, ensuring ethical practices, risk mitigation, and strong representation of the NAIT brand. Work closely with Admissions, Marketing, and Academic Schools to ensure consistent messaging, seamless applicant experiences, and high conversion rates. Collaborate with the International Marketing Coordinator and central marketing to design and distribute high-impact digital and print materials tailored to international audiences. Develop and manage a regional recruitment budget, making data-driven decisions on allocation and resource optimization.

High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data-informed decision-making. Exceptional presentation and written communication abilities.


Qualifications:




A bachelor's degree in a related field. (Masters considered an asset). Minimum five years of related experience in post-secondary education, recruitment, enrollment, sales, or marketing. Minimum two years in a leadership or management role. Experience with international student recruitment, CRM systems, and global education systems is highly preferred. Willingness and ability to travel internationally 3-5 times per year (30-60 days annually). Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration and international education policies is an asset.


Applicants with education credentials earned outside of Canada should have their credentials evaluated by World Education Services or the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS).




Remuneration

: $99,247.46 - $131,487.46 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
