Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityReporting to the Director of Recruitment and Volunteer Services and working as part of the broader People Services team, the International Recruitment Manager provides leadership and coordination for Nova Scotia Healthxe2x80x99s province-wide recruitment and staffing efforts, with a specific focus on Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs).In this role, they are responsible for ensuring Nova Scotia Health meets its staffing requirements by attracting and hiring qualified candidates to support patient care. This includes leading a team of recruitment staff, offering guidance to ensure best practices are followed, and driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes.The International Recruitment Manager also participates in special project groups aimed at enhancing recruitment strategies for IENs.
