We currently have a full-time opportunity for an Manager Integration & Delivery. This role can be based out of one our main offices including: Stellarton, NS; Mississauga, ON; Calgary, AB.Here\'s where you\'ll be focusing:As a Manager Integration & Delivery with Sobeys, you will:A typical day would involve:

  • Managing an Integration strategy that supports product and project initiatives through proper integration infrastructure, tooling, standards, methodologies, architectures, and development skillsets.
  • Ensuring integration standards and architectural principles are implemented consistently across Product initiatives with the team with a focus on Quality.
  • Managing and improving the Enterprise API catalog with emphasis on agile delivery of future initiatives allowing self-serve developer access with security policies in place.
  • Delivery on Maintenance Plans and Issue Resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Resource, Budget, and Project Management, with effective Risk Management.
  • Communications within the team, the PMO and across the various product teams during day to day activities.
  • Supporting the Professional Development of the various members of the team.

  • Detail Oriented with a Strong understanding of Integration systems and technologies, staying current with industry trends and advancements
  • Effective at analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.

  • Fostering, developing a positive team culture, promoting collaboration, and recognizing individual strengths.
  • Familiar with Project Delivery, with strong organizational skills, ability to manage projects efficiently which prioritizing tasks, managing team workloads and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and budget.
  • Customer Focused, you recognize the needs of internal and external customers and ensuring that IT services meet or exceed their expectations.

  • Bachelor\'s degree with Information Systems exposure (a Major in; Computer Science, Science, or Engineering).
  • At least 12 years professional Information Technology experience in designing, developing, and supporting Enterprise grade application solutions.
  • At least 8 years hands-on in the Integration/Middleware experience in Solutioning, Developing, Supporting API\'s and/or Integrations using tools such as MIM, MuleSoft, IBM MQ, EDI.
Skills Required:
  • Creative analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to realize outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution) at all levels.
  • Ability to translate technical ideas/designs to multiple audiences, including Executives.
  • Thorough understanding of and experience with multiple SDLC methods such as waterfall, SCRUM, and/or Agile.
  • Team player. Proven ability to work effectively within a large organization that operates using a matrix organization.
  • Ability to communicate trade-offs and transactional states with technical and business teams.
