One full-time permanent Manager, Information Technology Services position available, starting on November 03, 2025, working 37.5 hours per week.

Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
The streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
Managing a motivated team of 6 system analysts and help desk staff.
Planning, coordinating, directing, and designing IT-related activities for the organization, as well as providing administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department.
Working closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
Defining and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Managing current and future RFP processes to select, hire and manage vendors for long-term relationships to building and implementing CRM system and any other agency software applications required to fulfill the Agency's IT Roadmap.
Aligning with the Agency's commitment to equity to further create a sense of belonging at the Agency.

Your Talents and Experience:
A degree or diploma in computer science or computer engineering and/or 5 years' related work experience.
Microsoft Certification is desirable and a certification in PMP (Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute) is desirable.
Strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Microsoft Exchange, Hyper V, SQL, SharePoint and Server and cloud-based environment to support our agency in its transition.
Strong technical knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Data Warehouse as well as Microsoft O365 and Dynamics CRM environment with Power BI and AIP connectivity for key supplementary applications as we migrate to our target application landscape.
Strong technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development using project management strategies and change management best practices.
In-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong relationship skills and talent for people development.
Required to carry an Agency cell phone or equivalent.
After-hours work will be necessary due to project schedules, deadlines and/or reliability issues.
A driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
