Estimating & Collision Repair Techniques Customer Service Excellence Store & Production Management Financial & Business Development Employee Coaching & Development Facility & Workflow Optimization

You'll gain a 360 view of how a Kirmac store operates and emerge prepared to step into a leadership role with confidence.

What You'll Do:

Lead customer interactions and elevate their experience Learn and apply industry-best practices in estimating and repair Oversee daily production and workflow Drive performance through financial review and KPI tracking Support and coach team members to achieve their potential Represent the Kirmac brand with pride and integrity

What We're Looking For:

A passion for leadership and growth Strong communication and problem-solving skills A proactive, hands-on attitude Willingness to travel between locations during training Industry experience is a plus, but not required--we'll teach you everything you need to know!
