Role Summary:





The Manager, ICE District Operations & Services provides leadership and oversight across all operational and property management activities within ICE District. This role is responsible for ensuring the functionality, efficiency, and performance of district assets while supporting strong service partners and property management teams relations, operational excellence, and long-term asset value.



While security, life safety, and the identification of new opportunities for growth form part of the portfolio, the primary focus of this role is on operational performance, stakeholder engagement, and seamless collaboration among property management teams, and service partners throughout the district.


Your Focus in this Role:





Operations & Property Management Duties (Primary Focus)


Oversee and coordinate district-wide operational initiatives, ensuring alignment across ownership, property management teams, and service partners. Support the implementation of operational programs, capital projects, and standardized procedures for all ICE District-owned and managed assets. Track operational performance indicators and budget adherence, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, enhanced efficiency, and improved service delivery. Serve as the primary liaison for property management partners, ensuring prompt communication, effective issue resolution, and strong stakeholder engagement. Contribute to long-term asset planning, lifecycle analysis, and capital allocation strategies to maintain asset value and operational excellence. Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to leadership on operational performance, property management activities, service partner updates, and active project progress. Collaborate with internal departments--including Legal, Finance, Events, and Hospitality--to ensure integrated operations and cohesive district-wide execution.

Security & Life Safety (Secondary / Support Role)


Provide strategic leadership and oversight of ICE District Security (IDS) and all related life-safety operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-coordinated environment across the district. Collaborate with the Manager, Security, Systems & Event Command, and contracted service providers to uphold and continuously improve emergency response procedures and incident management plans. Partner with property management teams and tenant security groups to align standards, promote best practices, and maintain a unified, district-wide security approach.

Education, Experience & Skills




College diploma or degree in Property Management, Operations, or a related discipline. Minimum 5-7 years of management experience in large-scale mixed-use, commercial, or institutional environments. Experience managing property operations, maintenance programs, capital projects, and tenant relations. Strong financial acumen with experience managing operating and capital budgets. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, building systems, and safety standards. Effective communicator with proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
