We are currently seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead and support all HR-related functions at our facility. This role will play a key part in implementing and maintaining HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and building a strong workplace culture. Your work will help shape how our people, systems, and processes adapt to change, ultimately driving operational effectiveness, cultural alignment, and sustainable growth.

You'll work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and project stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable change management and communication plans. If you're passionate about organizational change and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.



Key Responsibilities:



HR Operations & Compliance

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with corporate HR strategy. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and government regulations across multiple sites. Lead the execution of activities related to recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee discipline.

Leadership & People Development

Act as a role model and coach for people leaders, fostering a positive and accountable work environment. Oversee onboarding and performance management processes, including PDP (Performance Development Planning) and coaching dialogues. Drive employee engagement initiatives, manage action plans from employee surveys, and promote company values across teams.

Employee Relations & Policy Guidance

Provide counsel to department leaders and HRBPs on policy, performance management, internal audits, and compensation matters. Prepare and support the delivery of discipline communications and corrective actions. Support site-level compensation and benefits issues.

HR Strategy & Continuous Improvement

Track HR KPIs and maintain the HR dashboard to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement. Partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent through effective recruitment practices. Lead ongoing training efforts and policy rollouts to ensure awareness and compliance.

Talent Acquisition & Orientation

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, testing, and onboarding of new employees. Conduct employee orientations and HR refreshers to reinforce company values and expectations. Monitor and collect feedback through surveys, focus groups, and data analytics to optimize future change efforts. Continuously refine and maintain a scalable change management toolkit and methodology.

Recipe for Success:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and policy development. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Experience working in a manufacturing or multi-site environment is an asset. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
