Reporting to the Manager, Human Performance Management, the Manager, Human Performance will be part of the human performance management team within Safety and Quality and work along side our Employee Wellness Programs within Human Resources, as well as Human Factors activities within our Technology teams.
The Manager, Human Performance partners with others in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment to continuously improve safety. The role supports the company\'s commitment to safety, protecting and enhancing the corporate reputation. As an ambassador for NAV CANADA, the Manager, Human Performance builds critical relationships and collaborates with stakeholders and industry partnerships, leading a broader awareness of the organization and its mission committed to aviation safety.
