The Manager, HR Solutions plays a key leadership role within the HR Solutions team, responsible for managing and optimizing HR technology platforms and processes. This role provides advanced support to HR employees and business leaders, drives innovation, recommends and implements solutions, and ensures the successful execution of both new initiatives and ongoing system enhancements.
This position will also lead a team of 2 to 3 HR technology professionals, organizing and managing work, leading and developing team members and oversight to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR technology projects, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, cutover planning, and hyper care support.
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and administration of HR technology platforms, ensuring performance, reliability, and data security.
  • Drive the implementation of system enhancements, automation initiatives, and annual HR campaigns.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality through strong governance practices and security protocols.
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to team members and end users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and Technology teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies in the HR tech space.
  • Lead semi-annual system releases and special projects by analyzing impacts and conducting thorough testing.
What You Bring
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources, or an equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR systems analyst or similar role, with at least 2+ years of experience leading a team.
  • Strong experience with large-scale HR systems such as , SuccessFactors (EC, R&O, Compensation, LMS, PMGM, ECP), Service Now, case management tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Certification in any SuccessFactors module (e.g., RCM, EC, Compensation, ECP) is an asset.
  • Prior Human Resource experience is an asset offering valuable insight into end user needs and HR Processes
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in fast paced, dynamic environments
  • Proven track record in implementing HR technologies and managing system-related projects from planning to execution.
  • Strong influencing, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.
Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Toronto, London, Winnipeg, Montreal.

The base salary for this position is between $80,700 - $148,500 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
