Your Opportunity



We are looking for a

Manager

to join the

Growth Communications

team to drive communications programs in support of the firm's strategy.


Based in the

Greater Toronto Area

(GTA), you'll work with stakeholders across Canada to

amplify the firm's services and innovation and change (I&C)

among internal and external audiences.





Job responsibilities:



Develop, manage, and execute strategic internal and external communications plans that will generate meaningful outcomes for the firm. Work alongside cross-functional teams to produce integrated amplification plans. Manage communications led projects end-to-end, from strategy through to hands-on execution, in a timely and impactful manner, including reporting results clearly and consistently. Provide strategic communications guidance to executives and senior leaders. Prepare high quality communications materials for a variety of internal and external audiences, including writing, editing, and multi-channel production. Work with the PR agency to identify compelling stories, pursue thought leadership opportunities and manage announcements. Leverage new tools and technologies to increase the effectiveness and impact of the firm's communications program. Lead measurement efforts for the communications function.

Qualifications & Requirements:



You are confident, strategic, and comfortable in a dynamic business environment. You have 7+ years of professional communications experience. Prior professional services firm or experience in a large matrix organization is an asset. You have post-secondary education in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, business or in another related field. You are optimistic, forward-looking, and an expert in both strategic planning and tactical execution. You constantly seek opportunities to learn, grow and develop your skills. You have sophisticated business writing and editing skills, and the ability to simplify technical content into clear, concise, creative and impactful communications. You have excellent interpersonal and client focused skills and interact positively and professionally with all levels of the firm, including executives, partners, managers and clients. You can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. You are an expert in building and executing communications plans, relationship management, and you see opportunities where others see problems. You are tech-savvy, and an enthusiastic user and champion of current and new technology solutions and platforms that enhance efficiency. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Solutions (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and internal communications platforms.
