The incumbent of this position will have a strong emphasis on service delivery, enhance workflow, and successfully lead our Long-term Care and Supportive Living departments. You will possess demonstrated skills in decision-making, coaching, mentoring, teaching, and the ability to motivate, inspire and build confidence in others. You will bring a passion for resident and family-centered care, advocating for residents while working to meet their needs or their family\xe2\x80\x99s needs. You will be responsible and accountable for direction, team leadership and organization over the activities of the facility, as well as supporting the vision, mission, and business plan of Alberta Health Services. The Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating change management, promoting team development, teamwork, and coordinating staffing and clinical work.

Required Qualifications:
Current registration with CRNA.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum of five years\xe2\x80\x99 nursing experience in Continuing Care and/or Acute Care. Minimum of two years\xe2\x80\x99 management experience within a unionized environment. Knowledge and understanding of CCHSS, Accreditation, Accommodation Standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in nursing preferred.
