ABOUT OUR CLIENT
A rapidly growing firm in the private equity investment space in the West End GTA area is looking to hire a Manager, Finance to support multiple stakeholders while reporting to the VP Finance. This role is 5 days a week in the office. A dynamic work environment that nurtures, develops, and grows high-performance talent.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee portfolio-level financial and operational performance reporting, including KPIs.
• Review and ensure accuracy of quarterly financial reports while meeting deadlines.
• Support institutional fundraising initiatives with customized financial metrics and presentations.
• Create tools for data warehousing, market research, and property benchmark tracking.
• Analyze market and financial data to support decision-making for Asset Management and Operations.
• Increase efficiency by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing on external industry publications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
• Handle ad hoc requests from the CFO and Institutional Investments Team.

• Education: CPA or CFA designation or in progress.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial analysis, with expertise in financial reporting and modelling.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and auditing standards.
• Real estate industry experience, particularly within institutional investment environments.
• Strategic analysis with the ability to handle complex financial models.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
