A typical day:

• Oversee full financial cycle: budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting
• Lead financial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls
• Manage risk, banking, treasury, investments, and taxation
• Drive modernization of financial systems and ERP implementation
• Develop dynamic forecasting and financial models
• Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team
• Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational strategy

Successful candidates will have:

• CPA designation required; CFA, PMP, or CRM considered an asset
• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management experience
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and compliance
• Experience with ERP systems; implementation experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Eligible to work in Canada and obtain Enhanced Airport Security Clearance
• Willingness to work outside normal hours as needed
