Job Description
Duties: *
Cover store hours 5 Days a week
- Overall running of store, tidiness, merchandising, restocking, cash till opening and closing
- When budget permits, attend tradeshows for seasonal buying.
- Flex time may include zooms or facetime with reps for seasonal buying.
- Work with past budgets and reports to determine seasonal buying, working with Chan on it.
- Customer Service
- Responding to customer emails, dms and requests.
- Running Weekly and Monthly reports for reordering and restocking
- Come up with monthly window displays, there is some budget for this.
- Monthly Staff meetings
- Overall seasonal planning For example, in October we would draft a plan for our holiday season. Marketing and collection planning.
- Creative juice for marketing and sales
- Planning your week to include any evening work if we have a private booking or an evening sales night. Its not common but does come up.
- French not required
- Day shift
- Bonus pay
- Retention bonus

- Fernie, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Secondary School (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
