Lead FCC's innovation practice and empower teams of experts that are advancing FCC's use of design thinking and user research disciplines.

What you'll do:

Enable teams that are changing mindsets within FCC to embed design thinking and user research to develop strategy Champion and coach the team and leaders by demonstrating the value of empathy and experimentation Enable and reinforce customer-centrcity for the experiences and solutions FCC offers

What we're looking for:

Strong communicator that is curious and open to act as a change agent Passion to help FCC remain relevant tocustomers and employees using human-centered design and user research A change leader and catalyst who establishes relationships and demonstrates the value of change A high level of empathy

What you'll need:

A bachelor's degree or entrepreneurial experience and at least eight to ten years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) A growth mindset Energy and resilience to lead change * A drive to help the team and others achieve their outcomes
