As Manager, Executive Talent Acquisition, you will report to the Senior Director, People & Culture and work directly with our leadership team to find the rarest of talents at the Senior Leadership level to help us grow successfully. In addition to supporting the growth of Fusion Homes, the candidate will actively be involved with Helia Capital, a patient capital partner focused on helping purpose-driven businesses grow sustainably.   • Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to recruit top Senior Leadership talent across Fusion Homes, as well as the organizations within Helia Capital
  • Develop a first-class Executive talent pipeline through consistent networking, referrals, and strategic research
  • Work with clients and key stakeholders to define a recruiting strategy based on the specific opportunity and business needs, clearly communicate the process, and set and manage client and candidate expectations
  • Drive an unparalleled, end-to-end candidate experience from the job posting through to onboarding and development
About You:
  • 5-10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with 3-years of executive recruitment (VP and above)
  • Strong executive presence while representing the Fusion Homes brand and values
  • Demonstrates professionalism with exceptional interpersonal skills and Emotional Intelligence
  • Results-driven with the ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment while remaining positive and focused
  • Travel to Toronto may be required for interviews, conferences, meetings and networking events
