Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:




Responsible for administration, integration and delivery of current and future Enterprise systems, technologies and services.

Qualifications:




The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:

Knowledge of operational management and leadership concepts practices including program/service delivery models, policy development, planning, budgeting, performance measurement management, and human resources Knowledge of information systems and technology program design, delivery, assessment, and evaluation methodologies, processes, and practices Knowledge of relevant governing legislation, collective agreements, policies and procedures Knowledge of office as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions Expert knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases (Certifications preferred) Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows versions (Windows Server and workstation variants) (Certifications preferred) Expert knowledge of SQL, HTML/XML, VB Java, C++, PHP and database reporting tools Knowledge of POS systems, plus vending and laundry Knowledge of physical security stems, including door access controls, intrusion and video systems, alarms and monitoring Expert knowledge of Banner ERP Systems Expert knowledge of CBORD systems Knowledge of EMV/ABM and contactless credential technologies and production systems

Education and Experience:




The above is normally acquired through the completion of:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related program Minimum of seven years of previous information and technology systems development and delivery experience including four years of management and leadership experience
