Job Summary
The Manager, Enterprise Architecture and Integration is responsible for leading the definition, governance, and execution of enterprise architecture and integration strategies that support organizational objectives and long-term technology direction at Aurora. This role provides oversight across application, data, integration, and cloud architecture domains and ensures that technology solutions are designed, implemented, and maintained in alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
The position works closely with IT senior leadership, business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to translate business capabilities and strategic priorities into current-state and future-state architecture roadmaps. The Manager is accountable for guiding architecture and integration teams, establishing architectural governance processes, and ensuring consistency, scalability, resilience, and operational readiness of enterprise solutions.
This role plays a key part in evaluating existing systems and emerging technologies, supporting modernization initiatives, and reducing technical debt through informed architectural decisions. The Manager also provides technical leadership across the solution lifecycle, including design review, implementation oversight, and post-implementation evaluation, while ensuring integrations and platforms effectively support business operations and growth.
