We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Enterprise Applications to lead our team of 3-5 employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and optimization of our enterprise applications, ensuring they align with business needs and drive operational efficiency. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.



We rely on a robust technology stack to support our operations, including Salesforce for CRM, CPQ, and Billing, ZenDesk for Customer Support, Totango for Customer Success, SnapLogic for APIs and systems integration and Snowflake and Looker for Business Intelligence and reporting.


Responsibilities




Lead and manage a team of 3-5 employees, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications and integrations with other enterprise systems such as ZenDesk, Totango and Snowflake. Develop and implement strategies to optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Manage application upgrades, patches, and deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues, working closely with the IT support team. Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement. Manage vendor relationships and contracts for enterprise applications. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications in a SaaS environment. Strong development or architecture experience with Salesforce (CRM, CPQ, Billing), ZenDesk, Snowflake, and Looker. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience with project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications




Salesforce certifications. Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools. Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
