Their team cultivates a culture that thrives on trust, communication, and teamwork, fostering an environment where every individual is valued and supported.On behalf of Ace Acumen High School, we are seeking a Manager, Enrollment & Domestic Recruitment Strategy to be a dynamic addition to their managerial team. The Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the School\'s domestic student recruitment strategy, specifically recruiting, selecting, and providing resources and information to assist in moving prospects to enrolled students; enrolling of a diverse class of high-quality students for Ace Acumen. They will be responsible for developing marketing and strategic plans that will distinguish Ace Acumen High School as the day school of choice for prospective domestic students and their families.*Please note that this role will require flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary. This position requires on-site presence at Ace Acumen\'s high school campus; it is not a remote location position.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment - Admissions - Retention

  • Manages and implements a comprehensive domestic recruitment plan that involves effective prospective student management, targeted recruitment efforts including web-based application and delivery, effectively enrolling prospective students, and initiates strategies for student success and recruiting; educates students and parents regarding various pathways to higher education.
  • Reviews and carries out recruitment strategies to meet the needs of potential domestic student candidates and their families.
  • Implements digital / social media campaigns that support the overall branding of the school.
  • Monitors budgets and the expenditure of Department funds, in consultation with the Principals, finance/ops departments.
  • Protects the confidentiality of records and information gained as part of exercising professional duties and uses discretion in sharing such information within the legal confines.
  • Performs ongoing market research / conduct surveys / outreach to identify demographics within the catchment region (i.e. number of school-aged children, their socio-economic backgrounds, and under-developed sources of enrollment populations.)
  • Tracks and reports recruitment information, and monitors enrollment progress; researches, analyzes, and utilizes data and recruitment tools to identify gaps and select prospective populations to target for marketing and recruitment messaging.
  • Collaborates with the Principals in establishing standards for evaluating and making final admit/deny decisions to successfully enroll students; carries out these standards reflecting the School\'s mission and commitment to academic excellence, diversity and inclusion
  • Reviews and reads applications; interviews prospective students; responds to applicant inquiries; counsels\' prospective domestic students / their family regarding admissions process, test taking strategies, curriculum, etc.
  • Plans /oversees all domestic recruitment/admissions events; collaborates with International Student Recruitment Team for joint engagement.
  • Provides on-going consultation to prospective domestic student applicants and their families.
Marketing - Communications
  • Creates and deploys clear and consistent messaging across all channels, to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitors, measures, analyzes, and reports digital, social media, marketing, PR, and event results; develops improvement strategies where applicable.
  • Developing publications, and supporting materials (e.g., videos, program brochures, hard-copy, and virtual publicity material); supports other initiatives by which the school is positioned within the community.
  • Identify, optimize and/or create website pages with CTAs tied to objectives.
  • Conduct communications and behavior in a cooperative, respectful, and polite manner with all contact points when sharing information, making inquiries, or asking for assistance.
Qualifications/ExperienceEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing preferred; a diploma with related combination of experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in admissions and/or communications and marketing, preferably in the private education sector; prior leadership/project management experience will be considered an asset.
  • Experience with the entire range of communications and marketing techniques and best practices; extensive experience with social media tools and techniques including but not limited to:
  • Demonstrated experience in website management, reputation and brand management, and overall success in profile building, and the creation of innovative, successful, communications strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience and leadership with social media technology and innovation (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Flickr, blogs, wikis, RSS, social bookmarking, discussion forums and community software).
  • Experience with SEO, online monitoring and measurement platforms including, but not limited to Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, HootSuite, TweetDeck and Social Mention.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with community stakeholders through effective social media response(s), public relations, and communications skills.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of DEI; ability to relate to a diverse population in a professional and helpful manner and maintain composure when faced with difficult situations.
  • Demonstrated professional behavior, including discretion, good judgment, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility in adapting to change and in participating in consultative decision-making processes.
Knowledge of The Following Would Be Considered an Asset:
  • Knowledge and understanding of independent school culture at elementary and secondary school levels.
