Manager, Digital & Performance Marketing

We\'re looking for a Manager, Digital & Performance Marketing or as we like to say, Performance Pro! Someone who knows how to drive a digital marketing campaign and website performance like it\'s a high-performance Maserati. Buckle up!

This role focuses on leading digital, both brand and performance, for all three lines of business as a member of the fierce and friendly Marketing Team. On a daily basis, you\'ll lead the management, measurement and budgets in the optimization of search, display, programmatic, email and social marketing campaigns. You\'ll also manage set of digital KPIs and targets working alongside agency and internal partners to maximize leads and sales from our web properties while also managing spend efficiency. Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Engagement, you\'ll lead a small team of talented digital channel experts.

You\'ll be responsible for fostering a high-performance team environment and determining appropriate digital marketing spend to achieve results. This is a key strategic position responsible for driving sales and lead generation, providing operational and delivery excellence, and growing our brands.

What you\'re great at:
  • Leading a team. You recognize your team\'s strengths and promote a culture of high performance, accountability, creativity and curiosity. You set clear expectations and create opportunities for your team.
  • Agency and Stakeholder management. You are experienced at managing external partners and internal stakeholders and bringing everyone together to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Campaign execution. You\'re adept at developing, implementing and optimizing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns across platforms.
  • Driving online sales. You know how to build a plan to maximize sales, consisting of a strong promotional calendar, a digital roadmap, clear KPIs and ongoing tracking, testing and analytics.
  • Digital strategy and operations. You have experience developing and applying strategies and best practices when it comes to digital campaigns and digital operations.
  • Measuring success. From start to finish, you know what the campaign objectives are, how to measure success, analyze data to draw insights, and optimize performance\xe2\x80\xa6and then translate your reporting and performance metrics for interested stakeholders.
  • Keeping current. You\'re up-to-date on all aspects of marketing campaign execution driving sales and lead generation including the latest trends, best practices and emerging technologies.
What you have:
  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 6 of those with digital accountability.
  • Ecommerce and retail experience.
  • A university degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns and fundamental knowledge/experience with SEO
  • In-depth experience with Google Marketing Suite - AdWords, GA4, Tag Manager
  • Strong knowledge in analytics tools and digital media ad-platform (DCM, Google Ads, Business Manager, Twitter, etc.) and analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics)
  • Experience in deploying emails, building segments, developing customer journeys and reporting in an enterprise email platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
