Job Description

Driven finance professional with proven track record of success leading a team in a fast-paced growing organization. This leader will support the corporate finance functions including, budget preparation, creating and maintaining forecast updates, variance commentary and narrative support, capital planning and associated capital budget and forecasts. Support accounting and treasury functions with forecast assumptions. Coordinate with all areas of the organization both corporate and operations. Prepare monthly reporting packages for internal Kelsey leadership and consolidated Optum reporting.

Salary Range: $107,931 \xe2\x80\x93 $133,328 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required: Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field

Preferred: MBA or MHA preferred

Experience

Required: 5 or more years of experience leading a finance team in a fast-paced environment for a growing organization

Required:

Preferred: CPA optional, six sigma

Special Skills

Required: Strong leader with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartview

Preferred: SQL a plus
